I'm listening to a cd by the Dalai Lama. A friend gave this to us and has called it OM His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. It is beautiful. I listen to it over and over when I am working around the house. It is amazing to walk into the house from outside. The trees are almost bare and the colours have been spectacular. And then the deep rich chant of the Dalai Lama. Amazing. I feel reinvigorated after listening to it.
